Hard Boil 4 eggs for 12 minutes

Empty eggs of the yolks and cut in half, leave egg whites aside, leave yolks in bowl

1 tbsp. Organic olive oil mayo

1 tsp. Horseradish

1 tsp. Honey

1 tbsp. Ground Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup fresh parsley

Mix together, put into bag to pipe into eggs. Add Tabasco if desired. 





10 oz. Almonds

10 oz. Macadamia Nuts

1/4 cup Coconut Oil

1/4 cup Cocoa Maca Powder

1 cup Fresh Pitted Cherries

1/4 cup Honey

1 tsp. Sea Salt

Blend for roughly three minutes or until desired consistency.


2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Flour

3 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 cup Raw Honey

2/3 cup Coconut Oil

2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

5 Eggs

3/4 cup Coconut Cream 

1 cup Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Chips

1 cup Raw Walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until center is cooked.

1 Cup Raw Tumeric

1 Cup Raw Ginger
